Title: Pesto Tamales

1 Basic masa dough recipe
18 Corn husks ----filling-----
4cBasil, fresh; packed
1cOlive oil
4tbPine nuts
4 Garlic cloves
1/2cParmesan cheese; grated or
1/2cVegan parmesan substitute
3tbRomano cheese; grated

To make filling: Blend basil, oil, nuts and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes in a blender or food processor.

Add cheese and blend until smooth, about one minute.

Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
